My Fiancé and I had a trip planned earlier this year. We were forced to cancel due to the COVID 19 pandemic, we were given the option to reschedule or get a full refund. We chose the full refund. Well it has now been several months and no refund! At first it was “it’ll be a couple of weeks”, over and over again, pushing it out. They said they would refund Covid deposit in 30 to 60 days. It has been over 60 days and still no refund..
Florida Beach Rentals promised me a refund when I had to cancel due to COVID-19, however they have not issued the refund. They will not provide me updates and they refuse to provide a contact for the business owners leaving the office manager to deal with it. This is very concerning and poor customer service.

Terrible customer service and the place they rented to us was a dump. we needed a late check out and they said no because it was high season. I pointed out that the place was not booked the week after we were leaving, but they never responded. stay away from using this booking company. we would not use them again!!!
