The most important thing is that my child was making progress. The unfortunate thing is, they cannot keep staff. so from day-to-day, you never know what you’re gonna get. they contact us frequently to cancel services for your child because they don’t have enough staff that’s been since we started. another unfortunate thing is that the one front desk has The temper and attitude problem.
My daughter has been going here for over a year. She has made amazing progress. All the staff here are awesome! Morgan is a wonderful receptionist, all of the RBT’s work very well with my daughter and meet her needs and goals, and management does a great job in making sure parents are involved in the process. I absolutely love how great they are here and highly recommend them! -Melissa
