I showed up for my first appointment the office was under construction the staff was very rude shove me out the door practically said it was not safe inside and refuse to reschedule for me on top of all that she said she called me yesterday but she lied no one ever called I'll never return to this office they should be shut down I suspect there was mold in there or something because she was wearing a mask and that's why I left the mask on

Despite multiple attempts to schedule an appointment—calls from myself, my physician, and my insurance provider—we never received a callback. This office is difficult to find and if you enter the wrong parking lot/driveway, you need to go all the way around. Into very heavy traffic. Which is what happened to me. But as soon as I realized my mistake I called the office. When I arrived , I was 15 mins late, and the front desk refused to check me in. I also requested to speak with the office manager and was denied this request as well. Waited 2 months for a follow-up. I showed up for it and was told they no longer accept my insurance, even though I got calls and txt msgs from them confirming my appointment. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else.
