I really like Dr Ramos and his staff. Yes he does have broken English and hard to understand at times but he is patient with you and will repeat himself without you feeling uncomfortable. He gets the job to help you. That is the goal.
very unprofessional establishment
How many times do you hear of a doctors office going out of business? Complete and utter failure. And they notified me after the fact and told me in the letter that I need to get my records before a certain date. Of course that date was a week ago. They didn’t even get us a chance to Get our records. I was in the middle of tests and I never was given any kind of results. What a waste.
If you think this office has actually done very well from what it has came to with all the changing of the physicians. I think that crystal has helped a lot. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances in the office, I do believe that she is only reporting what she has to report concerning I back her 100%. Being CMA I completely understand where the office and where she is coming from.
