They have the worst customer service. Look on google reviews. I’m not the only one who has had this issue. The girl that answers the phone and then the manager Amy was just as bad. They installed my AC unit and I was happy with the technicians. But they have lost my service for future checkups and repairs. They don’t tell you when you make an appt that if you cancel you will have to pay $85.
