Chase, our tech came out late (6:30 P.M. till like 10 P.M. on a Friday night and gave up his date night to help me and my family. He restored our A/C and worked very hard to make it happen. We are so very grateful. Thank you CHASE AND Florida Air Services!!!!
Their employees drive like maniacs with no respect for others. I see from another reviewer that I am not the only one who sees it. I wouldn't hire anyone who disregards others when it is bought to their attention. If you had a problem with their work, they probably wouldn't stand behind it.
Do not support this business. I was harassed on the road by one of their employees, in the interstate going 75mph while this POS human being is harassing me swerving into my car, into other cars. Multiple people almost hit each other because of the drivers negligence and carelessness. A police report has been filed and al thought i reported this immediately to the company, a manager never got back to me. I will continue to call daily and come to the offices until this driver is held accountable.
This company is very professional and the guys are so polite. They explain everything so well. I’d give you 6 stars if I could. Thank You
Do not use this company's terrible service our air broke in the summer 97% degrees they didn't show up, didn't commit to a time then charged us for having to close our office due to no air in the building. Do not use their service, we lost a day of work due to their unprofessionalism and still charged us for failing to cancel the call. Unfair treatment to consumers.
