HORRIBLE!!!!!! – 2 1/2 years ago they installed a brand new A/C unit in my house which had a 10 year warranty and 3 year warranty on parts. Well the fan motor just went and they didnt want to honor my warranty and send the motor in under warranty because they did not want to have to pay for it so instead they ordered a new motor and charged me $561.00 for a new motor and an hour and half of their time and took the old motor to send in for warranty which means they made $561.00 off of me and they are getting the money back un... read more
