Horrible HOA management. First off most of these reviews are their employees or family members. This agency is a mess. Their sales team said all the right words but once our association signed up everything went downhill. From their very poor communication , illegal election procedures (they didn’t even know how to make legal ballots) to charging over and above for everything they were a terrible decision. Florida 360 has been great to me and my family. We were in a tight spot and out of everyone we talked to they were the ones that helped every step of the way.
