Florida 360 are efficient in what they do, they provide assistance to tenants, I highly recommend them.
Our prior Association accounting firm retired last October giving us 6 weeks to find a replacement in the Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year holiday season. We selected Florida 360 because they wanted our business and were the best value. Their knowledge and experience with Cooperatives has been helpful in navigating Florida's laws and regulations. Carlos at Florida 360 has worked hard to complete our transition in spite of incomplete information from our prior accounting firm. We look forward to a smooth season this fall.
You're better off with no management company at all, than having Florida 360. This company is dishonest, greedy and unprofessional. Their fees are double of what other companies charge but they claim they are not charging for a lot of services others charge extra for. Well... guess what? They don't charge you for those extras as long as you keep them.
