Honestly I dont know where to begin. They butchered my 22 year old beautiful cedar I used for bonzai decoration each year. My neighbors would bring their families to get portraits in front of them. they are no more. gone is the buffalo bull, his mate, their 2 babies and little bushes in front. the hedges in the front were butchered from nice squared hedges to the entire bottoms being removed and the canopy lifted unbelievably and unlike none other in the neighborhood.
