The property is always well maintained....If any issues arise, a single phone call will quickly remedy situation. I saw today the maintenance personnel changing bulbs in the soffit overhang. Florham Realty is a fantastic Landlord. They are very attentive, very professional and are quick to get things done.
If an issue arises and they are not already having it taken care of, they are always quick and helpful with the necessary repairs or clean up. I have had many interactions with them over the years and have never had a problem. They are always friendly and attentive.
