Pressure washing, painting & some carpentry repairs were all discussed and quoted. The work began on schedule and was finished on schedule. The work was all completed as promised and the price was very reasonable. I especially liked that the company was able to take care of the carpentry (minor repairs) as a part of the entire process. Other companies told me that they would: "find a carpenter for us and would subcontract the repairs." Florez Painting was a one company process. GREAT! - Willard

We recently hired Florez Painting LLC to paint the exterior trim on our house, but also to restore a 25 year old screened-in porch that was in pretty bad shape. We are very pleased with the results. In addition to the painting and porch restoration, they also trimmed some tree branches that were close to the house and hung a new ceiling fan on the porch. The crew was very professional and I don't think we could be any happier with the job they did. Highly recommended!
