My power mysteriously went ouf this morning as I was walking into my house. I called an electrician & had them come out. Found out it was not our house, but a main line from Phelps. Called Phelps to come out & they sent Tony & another young man. Thought they had to replace the transformer, but luckily it turned out to be just a fuse further down the line. Both these men were very polite & nice. They got here & did the job in no time. Thank you both.
Gotta give a big well-deserved shout out to FELPS for keeping the lights on! So many bad reviews here on Google from people who must have forgotten how we were some of the ONLY people in Texas that had power throughout the 2021 winter storms! And here just a couple days ago I had a large tree fall down at midnight during a thunderstorm and knock down 2 telephone poles and my transformer.
