They're terrible people they don't care how long you had their services they don't work with you
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! They charge 400$ to flip a switch when your service gets disconnected and kick you while you’re down!!! Greedy company and lazy! They want 400$ to turn it on same day or if you wait till next day it’s 100$ less doesn’t make any sense when all they do there is answer phones and flip a switch!!! Greedy greedy greedy! My bill was wayyyyy less than that!
So I just moved to the area in a new construction home and I owe 700 dollars for just starting my service. I can’t wrap my head around this because they keep saying it is based off the previous owner monthly payments but how is there a previous owner if it’s new construction. Then the other option is to reduce the deposit if you have a 750 credit score. What kind of scam are they running. I Would have never moved to the area if I knew this information.
Chain electric is replacing some telephone poles and an area they drove over ended up springing the water leak. I spoke with Jose at Phelps and he sent out Bernie, Juan and Rennee to fix it. They came out that morning and did an awesome job. We are so thankful for the four people that helped us with this situation. Excellent service and people.
