Gotta give a big well-deserved shout out to FELPS for keeping the lights on! So many bad reviews here on Google from people who must have forgotten how we were some of the ONLY people in Texas that had power throughout the 2021 winter storms! And here just a couple days ago I had a large tree fall down at midnight during a thunderstorm and knock down 2 telephone poles and my transformer. If you want to be treated like you’re completely worthless, and you want to be spoken to in a condescending tone, call this place. They will definitely fulfill your desires. The felps mafia strikes again.
I came in to ask questions about how the process works if I buy land and want to build on it and get power to it. The lady at the front was really nice and helpful, and the gentleman that came out with his iPad from the line design team was very knowledgeable and helpful too! If I buy this property, I’m happy to know that my first impression of their customer service was great
