My family has attended Floresville Dental for the past 8 years. Since the doctor change, the office has shifted heavily toward automated services and poorly communicated policies, and unfortunately the overall patient experience has declined. This past Sunday, my son became sick, so my wife called early Monday morning — the day of the appointment — to cancel. We were later charged a $50 cancellation fee.
