All of the staff were very patient and careful with my preschooler. They seem to have training or just a good intuitive sense of when to push forward and when to pull back. The up to date equipment (xrays, photos, tv screens) makes each process go a bit faster and more smoothly, which is a big deal with this age group.

I was very pleased with the service provided by staff members they were very friendly and caring, they took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with their service. i like how they explain all the things to be done before they do any procedures. They also accomidating my available days that i can set up my appt. Im nust hoping theres a warm water to rinse since my teeth are sensitive to cold water.
