I switched my whole family to Floresta Plaza Dental a year ago, and I couldn't be happier. Both, Dr. Alea & Dr. Ken Torres are amazing. My children felt comfortable with them immediately the first time they had their check up, and same goes for me. I could tell they both really care about their patients, and no procedure will be done without explaining thoroughly what they are doing. I was really pleased with everyone at the dental office, they made me feel like they really cared, and they were all very nice.
Great service.
All of the staff were very patient and careful with my preschooler. They seem to have training or just a good intuitive sense of when to push forward and when to pull back. The up to date equipment (xrays, photos, tv screens) makes each process go a bit faster and more smoothly, which is a big deal with this age group.
