Pedro Flores and his crew did an outstanding work in our condo in Silver Creek. They repaired some cracks in the walls and did many paint touch-ups. We were impressed by the quality of the job. At the end we couldn’t even tell where the repairs were done as the new paint was perfectly matching the old one and blending in completely. They were also very good in preparing the house for the job and they covered the carpet and the furniture so well that there was no dust at all in the end. Highly recommended!

My HOA used Flores to paint our complex. Here is a rundown of their shoddy work: 1. They were contracted with painting the exterior of the building. This required them to access our back patio. They entered our patio, unscrewed the lamp attached to the wall so they could properly paint the wall. However they did not replace the wall lamp properly. We had Flores Painting and Drywall Repair come and repair our condo garage ceiling when our neighbors bathroom in their condo was leaking so the plumbers had to go through our garage ceiling to access it. They cut the new drywall, plastered and restored the finish like the surrounding area. It all matches beautifully and I can't tell where it was done. This company is on the top of my list of contractors.
