Staff D very helpful and polite. Dr Flores very professional and helpful and respectful.
I liked all of the assistants. They were wonderful and attentive. My bad experience was with the doctor himself. He had very poor bedside manner and I did not feel as though he listened to me or cared about me as a person. He only saw me as a statistic.
Dr Flores was excellent - good listener and helpful advice. One downside to Facey is provider turnover, must have had 4 doctors in 6 years.
Dr Noel Flores took excellent care of me on my visit with him. He understood exactly what we needed to accomplish. The young lady that did my work up was excellent also. Wonderful personality! This appointment was a great experience.
My first visit with this provider. Thought it did not go smoothly, provider was interrupted by staff for other patients needs. Provider seemed to be preoccupied and somewhat rushed.
