I was scared to go in because I knew I had depression and I didn't want to be judged. I barely knew Dr. Flores as I normally go to an Np but his kindness blew me away. I cried in there with him because I was so overwhelmed and he listened, was quick to offer a solution, and even handed me a tissue. I hope you share this review with him because he was wonderful and I am an ICU nurse, so I know a good doc when I see one.
I did not feel he was listening, did not seem engaged.
