Everyone was nice up until the point where they wouldn't own up to their mistakes and pay for damages they caused. For context, a couple of the pillar/door body panels on my car needed to be removed in order to access the windshield. They removed them, replaced the windshield, and then replaced the panels afterwards - all with no issues. A couple days later, one of the panels fell off when I was on the highway, and I wasn't able to recover it. They got plenty of business don’t need any more is the attitude here.
Friendly, great professional work, will use them again. we have several good local businesses here. Id rather use a company like Flores Auto Glass then the big companies with a rich CEO, this small business is awesome with fair prices.
