I was very happy when the florist called me up and asked if it were ok they changed some of the flowers in the boquet (from what was advertised), instead of just changing it without asking me first like most florists may do. And as per the recipient of the flowers: "It was one of the prettiest bouquets I have ever seen. Very nice combination of flowers."
Floreria created a lovely arrangement that was as it appeared/advertised on their website. I received a call to confirm my online order and we discussed the arrangement. First time using and am very happy!
