My husband took me and my children out to dinner tonight for my birthday and the food was fine. Servers were awesome and trivia host was a sweetheart, but when it came to paying our bill we were taken aback how we were nicked and dimmed. On nearly an $80 bill they charged us an extra $2.60 for using our debit card. That gave us an instant distaste on an establishment that cares more about covering their credit card services than their customer service. Shame on you owners. Amazing pizza, great atmosphere, and all around fun place to take the family for dinner. I love coming here with the kids, or just to sit and have drinks with my friends. Thank you!
In from other side of state staying in Grandville and this is by far the worst good we ever had! Just ordered a carryout the potato was hard as a rock the shrimp was so salty my husband couldn't eat it the sub was burnt and the lettuce was cooked on it.. How disgusting and the ravoli was so smothered in marinara I found 3 raviolis... And let's not forget the bread that wasn't even done! Would never recommend this place... Ever! Extremely disapointed

Worst pizza ive ever had, it wasnt even fully cooked. Dont waste your hard earned money for this ungrateful, low standard dump.
We visit Florentines often and are never disappointed! Great selection of food and drinks and a great atmosphere. We've been to similar restaurants near and far but you are our FAVORITE :-) thank you!
Terrible service. The waitress doesn't ever come around and when I say I want something she gets an attitude. This place sucks.
