Honestly left with frizzier hair then when I got there. Its my second time there and this 2nd time I felt that I could give it another chance. 57$ for a wash and blow dry, maybe I shouldn't have fallen asleep, maybe I should have spoken up, but there was no care to my roots to set them for a blowout, they were puffy and not smooth. My hair was dried out and frizzy all the way through, I hope its not damaged.
