Horrible service and I was sold a car that was supposedly fixed multiple time in the service area. Only to continue having the problems until I almost lost my life driving due to the car continuously cutting off mid drive in the interstate. Was told there was nothing that could be done for months by both the management in the building. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Run away and save your money.

I live in North Carolina and have been shopping for a new Toyota for some time now. All the dealers in NC do not have the vehicle I want. So I started looking out of state. I came upon Florence Toyota. They were real nice and wanted to help. However, they stated that I would have to pay a 5% above sticker price for a new car because I did not live in SC. Seems shady. Normally I don't go this far with these types of things but my experience with the dealership has been horrible. I have taken my car in thats still under warranty with 18,000 miles on it 5 times and still no resolve. I have also spoken with the service manager and he basically tried to blame me for his service worker and advisor not communicating on why I came back in after a week. Bought a new car this month and had amazing service from Terry and Milo! This is my second new car purchase in 3 years and I will continue to do business with them. They found the exact new Toyota that I wanted and had it for me the next day. Process was a breeze & I LOVE my new car! The service team is amazing as well. They get me in and out quickly or they will even take me to my office and pick me up when they are finished. I highly recommend these folks!! Jimmy and his team in service are top-notch. Had me in and out in 35 minutes. The waiting room was comfortable and who doesn't love Krispy Kreme donuts. Thanks

Dishonest and deceptive business practices. Purchased used car last month--regret doing so. Was told thee was a CD player in vehicle--and I have paperwork from this dealership indicating there is a CD player. After I git home and was learning how to use the audio system, I realized there was no CD player. I went to the dealership and was told the listing of a CD player was an "error".
