Phil gave us a quote last spring to do our home and garage. We accepted his quote and he was to do the work last summer. He never showed up last summer or fall. I have called three times this winter to see if he has us on his schedule for 2026. To date we have not even had the curtesy of a return phone call. Does anyone know if he is still doing roofing. Totally unprofessional
