Steve came to eradicate capenter ants and spiders. He explained the process, was poilte, prompt and professional, and was a straight shooter. When I shared hoping that I wounldn't need a treatment again next summer he patiently expalined that eleminating one colony would not keep another from moving into my yard next summer.
