I AM VERY PLEASED WITH Florence Hearing HealthCare.I have had hearing issues for many years, (no one likes to admit )this, and I was no different. I had Costco hearing aids, and when they didn’t work anymore, I went without. l saw Dr. Noemi for all my visits, and she was wonderful… she is kind, caring, and thorough. I recently became a client at Florence Hearing and have had nothing but positive experiences! At my first appointment (initial intake), I saw Dr. Niemi. She walked me through each step of my hearing test. She also took the time to explain how to read my audiogram. This was the first time anyone has explained an audiogram to me without being prompted and I've been seeing audiologists since I was 3!
