Florence Hand Home should get a doctor that cares for the residents and will give them medical treatment when needed so they won't die. Ten days before my brother-in-law died, my husband and I begged to have him admitted to the hospital for medical care .. they refused. He needed a GI Doctor and when they got him an appointment it was almost 2 months later and my brother-in-law needed a GI Doctor immediately.
