I received this company’s information from a title company that I do business with. I reached out b/c they did a deed for my uncle. Upon receiving the deed from my cousin, it was discovered that the address for my cousin was incorrect. I called so that I could bring it to their attention. Perhaps the original owner, Ms. Florence, is a sweetheart. I wouldn’t know, because I have not met her. However, the other two ladies in the office, Linda Anderson and the lady who apparently is “not a secretary” (unspecified title), were extremely rude. After waiting 10-15 minutes on my lunch break to pick up an ENVELOPE from Linda, her coworker casually told me she was on a “personal call.” When I expressed that what she said was unprofessional, she told me not to tell her how to do her job (again, unspecified), and that s... read more
I just love Linda, very down to earth professional firm!
I came in needing an attorney for a “gifted deed”. A church member and friend recommended this place. Unfortunately, was not greeted kindly, approached me like she was expecting to turn me away, and on top of that told me before seeing the paperwork I came with that I didn’t have everything she needed. And to come back when and if I did. Would not recommend and will not be back. I’m leaving 2 stars only because the receptionist was very kind.
