The doctor is decent, but the low rating is for the receptionist. Either the doctor is unaware she is holding medicine hostage, or, he doesn't care. If you miss your "medicine appointment", no matter how many times you come in between, you don't get refills. They refuse to refill for pharmacists and reception refuses to even let the doctor know you need meds before the next available appointment. I do not care what the "office rules" are. Waited 3 months to see physician.. Never once was I asked when making appt nor on my visit day would I like to see the PA. (Physician assistant).After sitting in room approx 15 minutes here walks in the PA It's been my experience having been a nurse for 18 years the front office or physician ask if it would be ok to see them.. And no it was not ok I made an appt with the physician not a PA or Nurse Practitioner . And before I ruffle someone's feathers they are not the same they can't do the same things the physician can do..... read more
