During the recent heat wave, the air conditioning unit of my apartment failed. I became worried I would have to endure several days of oven-high temperatures while waiting for the unit to be repaired or replaced. They will try to nickel and dime you to hell and back when you move out. Don’t bother paying extra each month after your lease is up for month to month so you can leave when you please because they’ll still try to charge you for breaking the lease. Place was a complete dump when I lived here and they ruined my chances of living pretty much anywhere because they tried to charge me 2k after move out for things any decent landlord would do before re-renting a unit (cleaning, replacing blinds, cleaning carpet) STEER CLEAR.
They are very beautiful apartments i love how it sits back.in the woods they employees are awesome and respectful I hope to get my apartment here
