Savanna was great. She previously showed me a couple of units. I had trouble with my online application and she was an angel to help me get it done. Love the other staff members as well. They are very nice and pleasant. Savanna did a great job. Thanks so much.
Just moved in. The process went smoothly. They accommodated to my requests within reason and without hesitation. Super polite staff, quaint living space, quiet neighborhood. The place is older but they are slowly renovating the whole property.
Two bed experience: we lived here for two years. I will say the new office manager is great but that is about it. You pay way too much for what you get. That's not the staff's fault it's BRG and no way should you be paying over $1000 for an apartment without central heating and air. Kitchens are small. There is no air flow. No central heating and air, you don't even get to control the gas heating in your apartment it's controlled in the main office. You could easily pay like $200 more and get a way better place.
