My wife and I made appointments for the same day to have dental exams as new patients. Over the phone we had provided insurance information and the staff member said they work with our insurance company. They mailed us all the new patient forms to fill out ahead of our appointments. We showed up for our dental exams with all forms filled out and we are assuming they have confirmed our insurance coverage.
