Told the tech she cut me & she told me no. She didn’t even apologize nor cared. I spoke to another tech for a discount since mine didn’t speak English. (I wish they had English speaking techs when your clients are English speaking…) I asked her what’s the discount she told me 50% off next thing I go to pay they gave me $10 off I told them what the other tech said they said no. Honestly I was looking forward to getting my nails done. I called the nail salon and spoke with a man who booked the appointment. I said I wanted tips and he told me it’d be $90. I was okay paying that price. I booked the appointment and when I arrived the lady who greeted me told me they don’t have tips. I basically just wasted my time and energy.

0 out of 10 I wouldn't recommend due to the fact that the tech that did my daughter nails declined a service she wanted because she wanted extension if the tech lori couldn't do the service she should have offered her an appt for someone you can but no instead she declined and told her she can't get it because she didn't ask for it when she called and also my daughter was willing to pay any extra fee that came along with the service this place has bad customer service I wouldn't recommend at all

Staff was friendly and the salon was very clean. The smell was so delightful and not like a nail salon smell at all. I was disappointed in the price per service. $65 for a standard pedicure is quite pricy for the quality I received. The pedi chairs and foot bath is not comfortable. There is no massage chair and I felt like I was tensing my legs to keep them where they needed to be. Not a bad service, just expensive for what was received.
