Floreana was methodical and detailed in her evaluation of my case. She explained the situation to me and offered treatment options. She referred me to the section that will handle the next line of treatment for me. Overall, it was a very good encounter with her.
She was very professional however her explanation of things that were happening and things she'd like to see was very down to earth she made sure that I understood the seriousness of the situation and what she can do and what she would do once I followed her treatment plan and everything would be in order I enjoyed my visit with her because she explained everything and now I have a real diagnosis and I'm ready to move forward thank you she is great
