This lady, Sue, was unprofessional, she showed up at my appraisal over 1 hour late without calling, I had to contact her to see if she was still scheduled. I was late for work waiting on her, I couldn't be present for the appraisal. She did a shoddy job on the appraisal, taking unprofessional pictures of my house through the trampoline net and trees, pictures of my furniture instead of the vaulted ceilings, granite counters and all the other features that would increase the value of a home for sale,.
