My sample was lost in transit and they will not send a new kit nor refund my money. All that money wasted!!!
I am extremely disappointed and regret ever signing up with this company. I’ve been a loyal subscriber since 2022, paying for the customized probiotic formula with retesting included. While others mentioned receiving notice of a price increase from $79 to $99 per month, I was never informed. Then, to make matters worse, I only found out—through a sales email, no less—that the included testing has been stripped away and now costs a staggering $250. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I got onboard with this company because of their promises that I would get regular evaluation to improve my immune system and their formulas to help that. This turned out to be untrue and also they arbitrarily increased their subscription without any notice. If this is not bait & switch, I dont know what is.
Their customer service is horrible and any time I had a question or concern, they offered to cancel my subscription even without me asking to cancel. They don't ship the probiotics on time so I was left 5+ days with no probiotics, twice. Plus, their probiotics did not work for me, including a reformulation at the 6-week mark, and I didn't see a positive difference after taking the probiotics for 4 months. This company is a scam. I was so excited to start this subscription at the end of May 2024 but have not seen any positive results. By August 21, the company announced they were increasing their subscription prices from $79 to $99 per month, and they started charging for lab testing of $249 for existing members and $299 for new members every 6 months which was ALL previously included for $79 per month.
