Florcraft was easy to work with and the install was fast and efficient. My only complaint would be the limited hours the store is open but they were willing to work with us if needed.
We had a complete home master bathroom remodel done Dec 2024 with materials and fixtures supplied by Florcraft and installation done by an independent contractor. Heather at Florcraft provided topnotch service and support from start to finish including after-sale installation info and correction for a manufacturer's vanity drawer problem. You don't get that sort of professionalism anymore. We are 100% satified with Florcraft and highly recommend them.
My wife and I had gone to a different flooring store in Anchorage and we'd even picked out a couple of carpets there, but we were unimpressed with the sales rep there. Low energy gen z vibe, not telling us anything about the options so we felt really uncomfortable. This was for our entire upstairs - like almost 1,000 square feet, so not a small decision.
