Very unpleasant experience with Florals By Bushra. Not real store, not professional and trustworthy. A friend ordered flowers for delivery, but by 5:30 PM there was NO delivery, NO contact, and NO estimated time. We waited all day with no updates. The flowers finally arrived around 5:45 PM, and the quality was poor. They did not feel fresh, and by the next morning the stems were soft and the bouquet was already drooping.
