Would leave no stars if I could I got my flowers but I didn’t receive my bear or chocolates I called they said they would refund but I wanted my stuff they said they would give them to me if I give back the flowers i received that makes no sense at all don’t order from them very unprofessional.
Nope...won't recommend this place. Would give zero stars if it would let me. Sadly they left what was a beautiful arrangement in the full summer sun because noone was home....(there was shade nearby). The owner refused to make any adjustments to the cost or to replace the arrangement, even after being told the order was placed from another state and they were bereavement flowers. Such a disappointment.
Floral Xpressions absolutely blew me away! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the most delightful aroma and a stunning array of fresh, vibrant blooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. Not really good quality. My flowers didn't last one week. I had to throw them away before I got infested with mini flies. I'll be buying my mom new bday flowers elsewhere.
Unfortunately the florist didn’t fulfill my order and after numerous attempts to contact the business I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. They don’t respond to inquiries or deliver the flowers I ordered but are very good about taking your money. I wouldn’t trust them with any important occasions because they simply don’t communicate with the customer. I don’t recommend this business . Sorry but we gave you numerous chances to correct your mistake.
