EDIT, 2 Years later: The company is under new ownership and called me personally to apologize for the incident and compensated me for the mistake on the lettering. I was surprised but pleased to have that call, I think it shows accountability and good customer service. the wall was beautiful despite these setbacks and based on the company's accountability and apology, I would work with them again. Booking this service was quite smooth and simple. They were prompt with answering questions and getting back to me. Very impressed so far, hoping that the execution of the wall set up is just as good :)
