I had bought a bouquet for my friend's mother's birthday party and the way it was arranged is beautiful and my friend and her mother loved it! The owner is really kind and they have very fair pricing! I really recommend Floral valley 😊!

The owner was so sweet and helpful, the reference I gave had items and flowers that weren’t in season, so we brainstormed replacements and I felt so involved in the process. I liked the end product even more and felt it spoke to my tastes, and frankly more elevated than the original reference. Very interpersonal experience and I would definitely come back for future floral needs

I'm very unhappy with the arrangement I ordered for my daughter after her giving birth. The vase was switched out because they were 'supposedly' out of stock, and it was a sub-par replacement. Certainly not even close to looking as nice as what I had ordered, and paid a fairly high price for. It was a plastic wrapping around a cheap glass vase instead of the really cute pink baby block shown on their website. I did not get my money's worth. I am so sorry to write this post. I ordered flowers on a Sunday afternoon. They were not delivered until Monday at 7pm. I called three times on Monday asking when the flowers would be delivered. I was disappointed at the size of the bouquet (I ordered the 4th size out of 6) and after just 2 days the flowers were looking dead despite having watered them.

I highly recommend this floral shop. I contacted them on March 26 inquiring about a bouquet arrangement for a March 27 birthday; they were responsive, helpful, and the customer service experience was outstanding. I had a friend pick up the bouquet as we decided to deliver it ourselves -I was able to text the message I wanted on the card to the florist & they wrote up the card with my message exactly as I wanted.
