Actually haven't shopped here but don't really want to after speaking with someone named Deborah. I cannot say if this person works in sales or customer care but either way, she's not great. When I called last week to inquire about an Accent Decor product from the AD website she was quick to scold me for not knowing how it all works including using the website, the process for ordering, etc.. I think sometimes we have good an bad days and it doesn't mean we will take it out on everyone else, I've heard of people not coming back to this store because someone is rude. I really liked mi. U 5how most of the employees are nice to everyone at the store
The lady by the name of Deborah that works in this store is very rude to me every time she assists me with purchasing at the register. Today she was the rudest she’s ever been and it made me very uncomfortable. I deal with severe anxiety especially in public places and it’s people like this who make it harder just to go into to a store. I really do enjoy being a customer here and all the other staff is very kind and helpful. I just wish I could shop without feeling disrespected.
