My family and I have bought from this floral shop many times in the past; however, recently I experienced a very unfriendly phone conversation. I value customer service - especially at mom and pop shops - and after this most recent experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend that anyone else who values genuine customer service look elsewhere. There are other nearby flower shops that I expect would know the value of a customer.
