Ordered flowers for my mum to be sent to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Mum has said that the flowers are lovely, but she received Lindt chocolate (which she doesn't like) instead of Maltesers. You shouldn't substitute something that costs $25 as an add on and without contacting me. I rang yesterday a couple of times and emailed with no answer or returned message.
