I didn't have a good experience with this company. For one the arrangement I wanted was not available and they didn't tell me nothing until I had to call to check on it. Second when I did get in touch with them, I had to give another address that I didn't want it sent to. Third once I gave the address, they said it will be delivered on the next day which was a lie. Fourth the day it was supposed to be delivered and it wasn't I had to call and once again the arrangement I ordered was not in stock once again. So, I had to choo... read more
I am grateful for the excellent service Floral Occasions provided when we need a floral arrangement delivered for a funeral. We are out of town and had a difficult time finding a responsive florist in that area.The floral garden arrangement was beautiful and so timely despite limited notice. They truly worked with us and cared about our satisfaction with the process. Communication was superb…she sent us a photo when it was delivered, which was 30 minutes ahead of schedule.
