Update: I was asked to remove my review and decided I’m not. I will say the manager made it right but I’ll most likely start using another place. Julie did do a great job today. I’ve always had a decent job done but got someone that I hadn’t had before. First I ended up with cold water after the water being so hot, I had to remove my feet. Asked for French tips and ending up with white and pink tips. Told the guy that’s not what I wanted and he said gel last longer. If that’s what I wanted, I would’ve said pink and white tips. I paid without leaving a tip. Last time I’ll go there
