I called floral mart today hoping to get flowers delivered for a dear friend soon. The woman who answered was very nice, accomodating, and efficient. I did not have to wait on the phone. She got my info and order in quick. Within an hour of placing my order, I got a text message that my order was processed AND they even delivered the flowers to my friend TODAY. I called in for a floral arrangement for my mom’s birthday and the customer service was great! I spoke to Cyerra who was very helpful with different options and she even sent me a video of what they had fresh in-store. She was very personable and I am was very impressed. 10/10 recommend- will update with pictures once delivered
Outstanding service and outstanding talent! I called Floral Mart Monday morning requesting a Large Tropical Bouquet for a pick-up on Wednesday. They went above and beyond to create a beautiful bouquet which included mini pineapples and woven palm fronds. Lyn did a magnificent job! I highly recommend FLORAL MART for your floral arrangements.
Floral Mart is an amazing business. Feel really welcome when entering the shop. Friendly staff. Cyerra is the best. She is super knowledgeable and gives the best guidance when purchasing floral arrangements. This my 3rd time purchasing her arrangements.
