Totally unprofessional, misleading and uninformative. Took ten months to sell my place. I lost thousands of dollars because of them. Should have been a fast easy sale, and it was literally the single worst experience of my life. Tricked me into resigning q her for another 3 months by saying she had a buyer but I had to renew my contract in order for her to make the sale. So I did. Then suddenly the buyer backed out.
