They removed poinsettias in January from my son's grave without my permission or knowledge. I purchased the flowers not them! They removed a U. S. flag from my son's grave without my knowledge or permission. They tell you what you want to hear and then do what they want. They try to appear to be compassionate but they are far from it!
We scheduled a service at Floral Hills one week in advance and were told that services are held in the mausoleum which is air conditioned. We were never told that the air conditioner was broken and had to endure sweltering and stagnant June heat inside the mausoleum and a shortened service. When I inquired about the air conditioner I was advised that no one ever told me it worked. I think telling me there is an air conditioner implies exactly that. I would not recommend this business.
