Really grateful to the Floral Filosophy team after an issue arose when the original delivery unfortunately didn't make it to the recipient. Rachel was very kind and apologetic, and worked quickly to resolve the issue and create a second beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my dear friend for her 40th birthday. They ensured the second bouquet made it safely, and I'm so grateful for their help in making sure my friend felt celebrated and loved for her milestone birthday - thank you so much!!!
