I ordered a dozen red roses for my sister, when her pet passed away. Shortly thereafter, the owner called me (long distance) to let me know that they had received some very lovely orange roses from their suppliers. She asked whether I'd be interested in sending the orange roses instead. I agreed. My sister sent pictures of those roses and they really are quite spectacular! Many thanks to Floral Expressions for going the extra mile. What a thoughtful thing to do. Without doubt, I'll be a repeat customer.
I placed a last-minute flower order and needed it delivered the very same day, and this floral shop did not disappoint. The arrangement was beautiful, the delivery was prompt, and the entire process was so easy. Most importantly, they helped brighten the day of the people we sent them to, which meant so much to us. I’m incredibly grateful for their wonderful service and would absolutely order from them again!
Its an ok shop. Not really helpful. Seems more like they want you out the door asap. Flower quality is good.
Such a GREAT flower shop on the N. end of RD!! I was the annoying customer that ran in last minute, in a hurry, knew what I didn't want but, also didn't know what I wanted either... Alexis was so patient and helpful! She let me go in her flower cooler and just start picking out flowers, I went with a simple green/white combo and trusted her expertise to make it look pretty and she did a beautiful job!! Thanks so much for accommodating me on such short notice - really exceptional service! I will absolutely be back again!!
